Gothic farmhouse front

Set in the heart of the Dorset countryside within close proximity to the New Forest, we were very pleased to have had the opportunity to design the re-building of a currently dilapidated working farm.

With the replacement Gothic Farmhouse at the centre of the scheme it was important to design a house with a rustic charm to reflect the farmyard setting. The design addresses the views in all directions and uses a range of high quality re-claimed materials to achieve the authentic appearance of an established rural farmhouse.

The outbuilding follows a similar theme around the farms courtyard, and more utilitarian buildings to the farmyards perimeter.
