This is a contemporary design for a luxury house situated in Sandbanks. The house consists of three storeys plus a basement, which houses an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

The design strikes a balance of maximising and framing coastal views, whilst maintaining privacy from the neighbouring properties. The material palette comprises of textured cream brick with contrasting metal cladding and vertical timber.
