This is a town center scheme we developed for our client, consisting of 32 family houses and 8 flats, each with parking and private gardens. The new design replaces a previous development that no longer met the needs of the community. Our design features a mixed material palette, reflecting both durability and the aesthetic diversity of the area. The development offers easy access to local amenities, seamlessly integrating modern living with the convenience of a central location.
The project includes a variety of architectural styles and materials, providing visual interest and character throughout the site. The family houses are designed to accommodate modern living, featuring spacious interiors and functional layouts. The flats provide a practical living solution for individuals or small families, with designs that maximize natural light and offer views of the surrounding area.
Incorporating green spaces and gardens, the development creates a harmonious blend of urban and natural environments. The landscaped areas are designed to provide residents with peaceful outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy.
