Kingsworthy is an 8-unit development located close to the city of Winchester. ARC Architecture designed the scheme, creating a small cul-de-sac of Georgian style 3 & 4 bedroom houses surrounded by a backdrop of trees. The designs differ from house to house with the common theme of Georgian proportions and detailing. The site maximises development potential while minimising areas of hard standing across the site.
