This site at Brokenford Lane in Totton falls within the New Forest authority and sat empty for many years. The site was a former industrial site adjacent to the railway lines leading into Southampton city centre.

ARC Architecture were pleased to gain planning approval for this 24 house development by working closely with the New Forest Council throughout the process and responding proactively to the conservation and planning officers comments.
