Arc were instructed to prepare a formal planning application for this sylvan setting in Walkford, we set out to achieve a mix of unit types with elevational treatments that would compliment the neighbouring grain of development whilst providing individuality to the proposed homes. The approach adopted incorporates the ‘homezone’ ethos that naturally respects the pedestrian by slowing vehicle movements and provides an idyllic residential setting.
