This Art Deco Grade 2 listed mansion block was designed by the renowned American architect O Hamilton in the 1930's and externally was in a sorry state as a consequence of many years of inadequate maintenance.

ARC were commissioned to carry out the multi million external refurbishment of the building which included new windows, re-roofing, repair and replacement of faience details and the general repair of the brickwork, balconies and stucco work.

In addition, the scheme involved new waterproof tanking and the provision of basement garaging ventilation to current standards.
