Planning approval was gained first time to demolish the former Baptist Church that occupied this site on Bath Road and construct 84 student apartments / rooms. The 8 storey building sits close to Bournemouth's centre and provides much needed easy accessed student accommodation.

ARC have designed the building to be constructed in the light weight Metsec construction system speeding up the construction process and lowering build costs.
