ARC Architects are proud to have designed the £100 million redevelopment of The Salterns Marina, approved at committee in May 2016. The scheme contains 73 apartments, a 60 room hotel and multiple retail units, as well as fully re-designed surface parking areas to incorporate hard and soft landscaping areas between parking bays. The scheme is split into two buildings, one replacing the existing hotel and the other located towards the end of the marina.

Building "B" at the end of the marina contains a 60 room hotel, conference suites, spa, hotel restaurant, sky restaurant and public roof terrace, 20 serviced apartments and various ground floor retail units. The Southern most point of the Building B, housing the sky restaurant has been designed to the wing profile of a Sunderland flying boat, which during the 1940's used the Salterns Marina as a "sky port".

Building "A" is a purely residential building containing 49 luxury apartments and a subterranean carpark beneath.
